ƧPAM is a collaborative network for thinking through maps and mapping. A digital archive of cartographies was available to all participants. By accessing the online archive participants could download and modify the images. We asked each participant to modify/intervene at least one image with techniques of their choice. Once modified new images should be uploaded in a digital format back to the online archive. Finally the participants were asked to share the link to the folder with other contacts to continue the process.
The first node took place in Casa 49, 2020. Images collected from global participation were printed to conform a single cartography made with digital prints and laser-cut matrices. A workshop was organized to collectively and physically transform them further.
